- Broccoli with Chai-Pow-Yu

- Fry 1 can drained chia pow yu, till golden brown and set aside for later
- In a separate skillet heat up
- ~3 TBS of olive oil
- ~1 TBS of sesame oil
- ~1 TBS grated ginger
- ~3 cloves mashed garlic
- Let that cook for about 2 minutes then add
- ~1 onion
- ~3 med potatos (diced)
- ~2 big handfuls broccoli flowerettes
- ~1/2 red pepper (diced)
- ~salt & pepper to taste
- Let that stuff get medium cooked then add
- ~1 TBS curry powder
- ~the browned chai pow yu
- Cook that till the vegies are done and if you want a sauce, do this next
- step:
- ~then mix 1/2 water with 2 TBS corn starch
- ~throw that in and cook for about 3 minutes on med heat.
- ~serve over rice.
